The next day I was leveled and Ry took the kids to the funeral and I stayed home and rested.  I was nautious every time I stood and had the headache of the century!  Hil  brought me gingerale and saltines that day and then she and Stephanie brought dinner that night.  It was good to rest and I actually really started realizing that my body was trying to tell me something!  HELP!!!!! I HAVE to eliminate the stress, eat better, do better, and be better!  TO MYSELF!  My Mom always used to tell me to be more selfish and put myself first...Well, I think I am trying to listen and follow that.  i also have a dear friend and Mother in law telling me the same thing! Everyone and their dog called me that day and told me the same thing and was concerned :)  Sometimes the only way I STOP and have time to really reflect, is by being leveled in bed-- Sad but true! The process has begun!
